New York, NY (May 4, 2026) – 54 Below, Broadway’s Supper Club, presents Eden Plepler in “Songs That Carried Me” on Tuesday, June 9 at 9:30 pm. Actor and vocalist Eden Plepler makes her 54 Below debut with an unforgettable evening that is equal parts celebration and homecoming. After facing a cancer diagnosis at the beginning of her senior year at NYU—navigating chemotherapy while completing her degree—Eden found strength and healing in the music that carried her through one of the most challenging, and ultimately empowering, chapters of her life.
Songs That Carried Me is not about illness but about what comes after: resilience, renewed artistry, and love for the music that shaped her.
Featuring a mix of jazz, pop, and musical theater, the evening draws from a repertoire that is both timeless and personal. From the elegance of the American Songbook—Sinatra’s “Fly Me to the Moon,” “In a Sentimental Mood,” and “I’ve Got a Crush on You”—to beloved songs by Barbra Streisand, Laufey, and Billie Eilish, Plepler weaves together an only-in-New York evening that that is classic, intimate, and unmistakably her own.
Eden Plepler is joined by musical director Dr. Steven Mann, who has served as her voice teacher and mentor since she was thirteen years old.
Eden Plepler in “Songs That Carried Me” plays 54 Below (254 West 54th Street) on Tuesday, June 9, 2026 at 9:30pm. Cover charges are $19.50 (includes $4.50 in fees) – $52.50 (includes $7.50 in fees). BIOGRAPHIES:
EDEN PLEPLER
Eden Plepler is a musician and actor born and raised in New York City. A dynamic vocalist, she has performed as a soloist at Lincoln Center’s American Songbook Gala—where she performed with a band led by Paul Shaffer—and headlined sold-out solo cabaret shows at The Jazz Club at Aman New York. She attended the Horace Mann School in the Bronx before earning her Bachelor of Music in Vocal Performance (Musical Theatre) from NYU Steinhardt. Eden interned at The Public Theater and served on The New Victory Theater’s Teen Board, reflecting her early commitment to the performing arts both onstage and behind the scenes. While at NYU, Eden performed in new works at Playwrights Horizons Theater School.
